Role: Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Support / IT Administrator

Location: Canary Wharf

Salary: Competitive I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation that requires a Service Desk Analyst to join their expanding team working at a site at Canary Wharf. You will have access to excellent in house training in order to develop your career with a growing organisation along with a fantastic salary & benefits package in addition. As a Service Desk Analyst you will be a key figure within a high performing team of Service Desk Analysts, providing technical and administrative support to customers, troubleshooting a variety of issues through to resolution. Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively use and manage Service Now to handle and update tickets
  • Administer Secure-ID authentication tokens to both internal and external customers
  • Low level technical assistance to 3rd line support teams
  • Actively build and develop excellent working relationships with all members of the team to ensure a professional approach to day to day activities
  • Essential Skills
  • Knowledge of IT service management tools such as Service Now
  • Experience issuing and configuring Secure-ID tokens
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Active Directory & Exchange as well as remote support
  • Customer service experience
  • Team working skills
