LONG TERM CONTRACT - Warwick - IT SERVICE DESK - £120 to £140 per day
Service Desk Engineer / Service Desk Analyst Essential Skills:
- Recent experience working on a Service Desk
- Experience in Customer Service and IT Support roles
- Experience working with Office 365 and Windows 10
- Experience working in a 1st / 2nd line support role
- Experience providing IT support via email and over the phone
- Technically IT Skilled
- ITIL experience and preferably qualification
- Experience working in a target driven, fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
