LONG TERM CONTRACT - Warwick - IT SERVICE DESK - £120 to £140 per day

Service Desk Engineer / Service Desk Analyst Essential Skills:

  • Recent experience working on a Service Desk
  • Experience in Customer Service and IT Support roles
  • Experience working with Office 365 and Windows 10
  • Experience working in a 1st / 2nd line support role
  • Experience providing IT support via email and over the phone
  • Technically IT Skilled
  • ITIL experience and preferably qualification
  • Experience working in a target driven, fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
