Customer Service Analyst
My client in the financial industry is eagerly searching for a Customer Service Analyst to support completion of daily activities performed within the Security Services Operation team. They are looking for somebody who has good organisation skills, the ability to work within a team, attention to detail, planning skills and the ability to understand new technologies and terminology quickly.
On a day to day basis you will be sending/ responding to customer/ team communication, responding to service issues, supporting service change and expansion, support automation and simplification of processes and support audit, risk and control activity.
