Service Desk Analyst/ IT Support/ 1st line Support/ Helpdesk Analyst

The UK's largest independent provider of IT & Telecoms services to businesses in the UK are looking for a service desk analyst to provide 1st line IT support within their office in the Leeds area. The client is going through real exciting times and this is a fantastic time to join a rapidly growing organisation with clear lines of career progression evident from day one.

Ideally you will come from a customer service background with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Confident and professional telephone manner is desirable with an interest in IT and learning new technologies related to the clients portfolio. You are proficient on Windows XP and other MS office programmes. Active directory experience is preferable.
