Data Architect - Supply Chain Transformation - Master Data Management

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Data Architect on a 3-6 month initial contract based in Berkshire. The role will be working as part of an Architecture team tasked with completing a large scale transformation/transition programme within a supply chain environment, specifically inventory management/optimisation, ordering and replenishment, demand forecasting.

General requirements

  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills - business and IT
  • Must be comfortable managing and working with challenging IT and Business Stakeholders
  • Retail supply chain experience
  • Experience of delivering workstreams related to their specialism for multiple, large-scale transformation programmes
  • Experience with Master Data Management - IBM Infosphere Collaboration Edition

Role specific requirements

  • Excellent Data Architecture and modelling
  • Excellent transition planning
  • Merchandising and Supply Chain business process
  • Merchandising and Supply Chain package implementation and support
  • Programme-level leadership i.e. working across and coordinating Data Architecture across multiple projects
  • Experience with data modelling/management tools
