A Service Desk Analyst is required by this Tier 1 Management Consultancy to join their rapidly expanding Helpdesk team. This is a heavily client facing role, dealing with internal and external stakeholders. The team are looking to transition their infrastructure into more of a cloud offering, so this is an excellent opportunity to further your career with the cloud arena.
In order to be successful for this Service Desk Analyst role you must possess a combination of the following experience;
- Knowledge of MS operating systems, experience of providing 2nd line support of Windows infrastructure environments
- Familiarity with virtualisation e.g. VMware
- An understanding of cloud technologies e.g. Azure, Amazon Web Services
- Excellent customer service skills
