Project Manager - Workforce Management

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager who has a demonstrable track record of delivering complex projects within a fast-paced environment for an initial 6 month contract role based in Bracknell. The role will be working on a Workforce Management project and will require someone with diverse skills and experience within a similar environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable track record of delivering complex projects
  • Proven track record in project and team leadership skills within a matrixed environment
  • Flexible approach to change, with a positive attitude to fluctuating workload and prepared to work individually or as a team
  • Clear understanding and managing of risks, including cost control practices
  • Experience managing a team consisting of internal and external resources, including building and managing 3rd party supplier relationships
  • Experience building, managing and influencing diverse relationships across a business
  • Proven experience of aligning divergent views of key stakeholders in order to move projects forward
  • Budget management and timeline management

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • Project Management Professional Qualification (PMP)
  • Association for Project Management Qualification (APM)
