2nd Line Support Analyst - Edinburgh - 6 Month Contract

Our Banking client is offering an exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their Edinburgh based team on a 6 month contract.

The successful candidate will have the following skills/knowledge:

  • Windows 10 Platform knowledge
  • Previous experience in a 2nd Level support role
  • Previous experience in end user support and customer service
  • Good Microsoft Office 2010 knowledge
  • A good listener and articulate communicator
  • Ability to remain calm and patient when under pressure
  • Good time management

Additional skills

  • Microsoft VBA
  • Exposure to Citrix Technologies
  • Exposure to Windows 2008 R2 Server technologies
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
