Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Welsh Speaker to join their IT Help desk Team. Full training will be given.

You will be responsible for providing telephone support to both English and Welsh speaking citizens.

Skills required:

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent communication skills

Fluent in Welsh

Understanding of IT / Microsoft office

Excellent attention to detail
