Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator
We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to work on a permanent basis for a leading technology organisation in Nottingham.
The Sales Administrator will provide internal sales support and account management for a wide range of customers. Their responsibilities will include the day to day management of customers, account and business development. This will be an empowered role to enable the individual to deliver first class customer service
The role will involve developing customer relationships, preparation and delivery of technical quotations on customer request and providing advice and alternative products to the customer.
They will support existing customer relationships and provide sales administration including order processing and upkeep of the internal database (CRM). The role holder will also resolve customer queries, produce reports and run monthly forecasts.
The candidate will hold the following skills and experience:
- Excellent customer service
- Pleasant professional telephone manner
- Desire to progress
- Emphasis on building good relationships with customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Microsoft office and Excel spreadsheet skills
- Have a confident and professional approach to work
