1ST LINE SUPPORT - MATERNITY COVER - PRO-RATE SALARY PLUS BENEFITS
A leading IT Service Provider has a 1st Line support role available to cover maternity leave for 9 months to 1 year.
Working as part of a large service desk team in a fast paced environment, you will provide support to a specific group of clients. You will be the single point of contact for customer incidents and enquiries and will take ownership from initial call until closure.
We are looking for candidates that have previous experience of working in a 1st line support environment, which are used to resolving high volumes of calls and providing a high level of customer service.
Candidates with experience of Windows operating systems (Windows 7) and Microsoft Office applications are also required.
