Customer Insight Manager

Home based with regular travel

Salary: Competitive

Exciting opportunity to work in a newly created team within Financial Services as a Customer Insight Manager. You will be responsible for partnering with your key stakeholders to set a customer engagement strategy and drive digital adoption. You will conduct an end to end customer journey review to identify friction and opportunities and focus on continuous improvements. You will also be responsible for setting up a centre of excellence for customer engagement and embed customer analytical framework into the business to form a community of practice.


Excellent partnering skills

Experience of improving customer engagement

Strong and proven experience within similar role - compliance, customer services etc.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to influence decisions within a large organisation
