Exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Analyst who is looking for an exciting challenge. This role is to join a newly created team responsible for supporting the customer engagement strategy in partnership with the business to drive digital adoption.

Accountabilities

  • You will have good knowledge / experience of digital analytics capability of ecommerce sites and how to drive adoption.
  • In this role you will support digital organisation and experience through data insights
  • Experience of SEO / Search Engine Optimisation and ways to further maximise its usage

In this role you will conduct independent end to end customer journey reviews to identify friction and opportunities and provide bench marking of customer process to lead frog the competition. You will have excellent partnering skills and have a proven track record of improving customer engagement / experience.
