Senior Business Analyst/Customer Journey Design - initial 4 months - Edinburgh

Our Banking client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analystto join their Edinburgh based team on an initial 4 month contract.

As Customer Service Designer you would be responsible for mapping out customer journeys and improving processes to ensure messages are delivered in the best possible way to the customer.

Further, you would be responsible for working collaboratively with multiple teams across the business so its essential you have the ability to communicate at all levels. In order to design and develop customer centric, yet commercial solutions it is important you have experience within a customer led environment and can demonstrate strong influencing skills.

The successful candidate must have previous banking experience as well as the following skills/knowledge

  • Experience developing solutions and design moving in to user stories as well as holding Design sessions
  • Customer Journey Experience
  • Understanding and innovation of digital.
  • Great Communication skills
