Role: HR Administrator / Learning & Development Administrator 12 Month FTC Salary: Competitive

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Financial Services organisation that requires a HR Administrator/Learning and Development Administrator to join their expanding team on a fixed term basis of 12 months. You will have access to excellent in house training in order to develop your career with a growing organisation along with a fantastic salary & benefits package in addition. As an HR Administrator/Learning and Development Administrator you will be providing compliance support to the business within organisational effectiveness and assisting in business queries and customer requests.

Key Responsibilities * Central point of contact for HR administrative and organisational effectiveness MI information

* Take ownership of the post training feedback processes and report back to the management team any findings

* Manage and maintain the supplier network in line with business best practice

* Support the delivery of evaluation processes which effectively measure the ROI and provide MI for business stakeholders
