1st Line Support | IT Support | Junior | Ipswich

  • Experience in Customer Service and IT Support roles
  • Strong Knowledge in the following technologies;
    • Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise and Office 2010 or above
    • Microsoft Lync 2010
    • Microsoft SCCM delivery tool
    • ServiceNow ITSM platform
    • MobileIron (or equivalent)
    • BlackBerry BES, iOS and Android mobile platforms
    • Cisco IP communications.
  • Proven technical trouble shooting and diagnostic skills
  • Understanding of the ITIL principles
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Strong personal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language to non-technical staff and end users
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
