Customer Service Adviser / Administrator

I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Adviser / Administrator based in Northampton for a telecommunications company on a one month rolling contract.

Person specification

To provide support and resolution to customer issues within agreed service levels, utilizing service management tools and resources. To validate and record incidents where necessary and to ensure that incident records are correctly updated, with accurate details and activities.

Essential Knowledge & Experience

  • Customer Service experience - 1+ years
  • Strong Administration skills
  • Data entry skills
  • Strong Telephone Manor
