Lorien are currently recruiting for a IT Recruiter and Commercial Assistant to cover maternity for one of our clients in the Brentwood Essex area. The Recruitment Team is responsible for sourcing candidates through direct various methods including LinkedIn, job boards and internal system, promoting the customer's brand within the employment market and refresh our customer's internal referral scheme.The role of an IT Recruiter and Commercial Assistant within the Recruitment Team is to support them by doing the following tasks:
- Arranging interviews
- Screen and check suitable candidates and complete candidate tracking
- Helping with the recruitment process
- Producing recruitment reports
- Supporting HR through the on-boarding stage
- Recruitment administration
- Able to work well in a team
- Support event management within the UK
Successful candidates will have a good mix of the following:
- A keen interest in engaging with people
- Customer service experience or recruitment knowledge
- Excellent communications skills
- Pro-active can do approach
- Administration experience
- Ability to use Ms office tools such as Word, Outlook, Excel etc.
This is an excellent position to cover maternity and with the possibility to move into a permanent role in the future.
