2nd Line Support Engineer/ Desktop Support Engineer / Mac Support/

My client, a leading company operating within the e-commerce sector is looking for someone to join the service desk team based within their office in Ewloe, Chester.The company last year helped over 2 million households with their services and are looking for a new member to join the tech support team.

Covering 08:00 to 17:30 Mon-Fri based in the companies moden tech centre you will be joining a team of 6 within a 750 person strong workforce across the group. The team is looking for someone with a passion for technology, has a keen intersted in IT and is forward thinking, motivated and determined for new and imporved technolognical advances.

You will be working and building workspace technology in hybrid Mac / Windows environment and will have knowledge in:

  • Service desk environment
  • Windows 7, 10 or Mac OSX systems.
  • Deployment tools such as SCCM or Casper.
  • Active Directory
  • Office365
  • ITSM (Servicenow , Jira, etc.)
