1st/2nd Line Support Analyst - Permanent - Cambridgeshire - Network, Applications, Windows, Active Directory

My client, a cloud-focused managed services company, requires a 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst to join them in their offices in Cambridgeshire on a permanent basis.

The overall responsibility of the 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst will be to offer both hardware and software support in a 1st/2nd line capacity within a Windows environment both over the phone and face to face across the business.

Accountabilities of the 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst include;

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Talking staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues

Skills/Experience required of the 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst include;

  • Experience with a variety of areas including both Networks & Applications etc.
  • Demonstrable experience working within a Windows environment essential (Office, Active Directory, Windows Server etc.)
  • ITIL v3 Certification is desirable
