2nd Line Service Desk Analyst | Rickmansworth | Contract - 3 Months initially with the view to extend long-term

We are currently recruiting for an experienced a 2nd Line Support Engineer for our international client based in Rickmansworth on a 3 month initial contract with the potential to extend to a rolling 12 month contract afterwards. The role will be responsible for all manner of 2nd line incident management and resolution as well as escalating any issues where necessary.

Requirements

  • Diagnose & resolve errors in the customers operational environment within agreed SLA timescales
  • Implement additional services into the customers operational environment in liaison with the other teams, as appropriate
  • Provide support as required for wide range of technical and project implementations (some out-of-hours)
  • Adhere to all relevant processes and reporting

  • Network printing configuration
  • AS400 use
  • Terminal emulation
