2nd Line Service Desk Analyst | Rickmansworth | Contract - 3 Months initially with the view to extend long-term

We are currently recruiting for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer for our international client based in Rickmansworth on a 3 month initial contract with the potential to roll on afterwards. The role will be responsible for all manner of 2nd line incident management and resolution as well as escalating any issues where necessary.

Requirements

  • Diagnose & resolve errors in the customers operational environment within agreed SLA timescales
  • Implement additional services into the customers operational environment in liaison with the other teams, as appropriate
  • Provide support as required for wide range of technical and project implementations (some out-of-hours)
  • Adhere to all relevant processes and reporting

  • Data cable patching
  • IE browser
  • Network printing configuration
  • AS400 use
  • Terminal emulation
