Programme Service Manager - 12 months - Southend On Sea

Our Banking client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Programme Service Manager to join their Southend based team on a 12 month contract.

As Programme Service Manager you'll be putting in place a services foundation model based on ITIL principles that is firmly aligned to the business's needs, allowing us to better serve our customers. Reporting to the Lead Service Manager, you'll be engaging with the business and third party suppliers to deliver against ongoing and transitional service and operational level agreements

The successful candidate must have previous banking experience as well as the following skills/knowledge:

  • Excellent understanding of service and project management
  • Experience of operating in a service model is essential
  • Experience working in a change and project context
  • Hold ITIL Foundation Level 3 certification, and higher certification would be welcome.
  • Proven communication skills are essential
