CRM Manager - Permanent - Soho, London

A heavily CRM-driven media & marketing company based in Soho are seeking a CRM Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

The overall responsibility of the CRM Manager will be to ideate and implement the global CRM strategy for the company's six international high-traffic websites.

Additional responsibilities of the CRM Manager includes;

  • Developing segmentation & personalisation programs to improve open rate and conversion
  • Taking full ownership of the delivery of the trigger based communications
  • Investigating opportunities on social media, lead gen and on site to drive data capture
  • Establishing work relationship with the new email software provider and ensure all features of the new platform are utilised efficiently
  • Overseeing email production process to ensure constant performance & process improvement

Previous skills/experience required of the CRM Manager includes;

  • Experience with End to End (E2E) international email campaigns including reporting and analysis
  • Database management experience including loading, cleansing & querying data to create segments
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing and QA processes
  • Experience using an email service provider
  • Familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop & Dreamweaver)
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Ability to communicate with, and effectively manage, clients
  • Familiar with HTML & CSS basics including experience hand-coding HTML for email
