Support the Manager/Team Lead of the my IS Express service, My clients IT drop in centre function.

Support the planning and delivery of service initiatives and the production of service reporting. Providing support in growing this area of the business

Job Description

- Supporting customer adoption of IS technologies

- Management of customer escalations, liaising with third parties and suppliers to conclusion

- Supporting creation of digital signage

- Production of internal reporting

- Proactive highlighting of service improvements and management of these to conclusion ensuring they are documented and agreed

- Supporting the implementation of new drop in centres across the business
