Service Delivery Manager

Our client who are an IT Support and Managed Service Provider are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join their team in Huntingdon on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce Service Improvement Plans that either address current (or potential) service issues or look to enhance the service by introducing measures that provide more value to the business from their IT infrastructure.
  • Service Reporting.
  • Undertake Service Reviews with each of our Managed Service customers.
  • Management of all Major Incidents relating to our Managed Service clients.
  • Problem Management.
  • Risk / Issues Logs.
  • Ensure that the Management Board are aware of any on-going issues which may reflect adversely on the company.
  • Liaise with the relevant Account Management Team during the renewal process to ensure the contract is retained.
  • Work together with the Service Desk Manager to ensure that SLAs are being hit consistently, and rise issues where appropriate.

Professional Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Industry recognised qualification in relevant areas (ITIL).
  • Experience in a similar role within a similar environment.
