This major UK Bank are are currently recruiting an additional 10 Service Desk Analysts to join their established support team based at their Workplace Service Centre in Kegworth on an initial 6 month contract (renewed on a rolling basis depending on performance.

The successful candidates will have have had experience within a Service/Help desk environment, key skills required are Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer. A good understanding of computer hardware including desktops and laptops, an understanding of network components is required. An excellent telephone manner and customer service skills are essential to answer technical queries from the bank's employee's.
