Our client within the financial services are eagerly seeking a 2nd Line Support Analyst to work on a project alongside their team members. They are looking for somebody with Troubleshooting knowledge and experience of Remote tools. You would be assisting costumers with issues such as new hardware thin client queries, logon, profile, email, mobile and application queries.
- Troubleshooting using remote tools
- Outlook, Windows and Microsoft
- Windows XP/7/8/10 & iOS
- Troubleshooting Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of networking
- Remote Control Tools
- Citrix knowledge is beneficial
- Anti Virus software is beneficial
- Active Directory is beneficial
- File and print solutions
- Desktop, printer and server hardware is beneficial
- Scripting is beneficial
