Helpdesk Analyst / IT Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support

The UK's largest independent IT provider is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team based in Northampton.

You will be given the opportunity to provide support and resolution to customer issues within a real technical environment.

You will work with agreed SLA's and be experienced in IT & technology service desk based positions,

Skills:

- A good technical knowledge of Windows 7/8, Office 2010

- Excellent telephone manner.

- Windows Server and MS Exchange Administration/support including Active Directory

- Hardware vetting using Desktop PC's, Laptops, Tablets and Printers
