Call Centre Script Digital Content Writer (Contact Centre) - Permanent - Cheadle

Our client, a leading British Corporation, are recruiting for a Call Centre Script Digital Content Writer within the Contact Centre experience to join the team on a permanent basis in Cheadle.

Call Centre Script Digital Content Writer (Contact Centre) Purpose:

The role of the Call Centre Script Digital Content Writer is to co-ordinate and manage the development of call centre scripts, acting as the central point for managing all script versions and updates.

Call Centre Script Digital Content Writer (Contact Centre) Role:

  • Receive script change requests and sign-off any requested changes with relevant business owners prior to commencing the process of implementation
  • Work with frontline operational teams on proposed wording to ensure customer and agent friendly language is used throughout all scripts
  • Manage the stakeholder review and sign-off of all scripts and changes with business owners, business assurance, compliance and commercial teams
  • Maintain a robust and documented change management process
  • Coordinate, streamline and 'be' the one signal contact point for all scripts amends across all indoor contact centres.
  • Liaise with IT and the CRM team to create and implement a new generation of interactive and intuitive scripting into the systems that our people use on a daily basis, improving script adherence and simplicity

Call Centre Script Digital Content Writer (Contact Centre) Experience required:

  • Experience of managing small-medium sized change is critical
  • Understanding of operational processes and the importance of script 'guidance' to ensure compliance to regulatory guidelines and excellent call quality
  • Previous experiencing working in a contact centre operation and/or similar
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Word skills are a key requirement of the role
  • Powerful presentation skills are key as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • With the ability to effectively communicate with anyone at any level in the organisation being critical
  • Ability to design and lead effective workshops
  • Unrivalled organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage one's own workload being absolutely essential
