Reporting Analyst - Fibre Networks

Our client who are one of the UK's leading telecommunications companies are looking for a Reporting Analyst to join their team based in Bracknell on a contract basis to cover a maternity leaver.

The Analyst roll is pivotal within the team and performs contractually obliged services such as Service and Network Performance Reports and Incident Reports. The role also analyses incidents with a view to reducing or eliminating any Service Credit payments to the customer and validates and issues the contract Monthly Bill.

The role will analyse service incidents producing Root Cause Analysis reports and service improvement reports ultimately driving service improvement activities across the business and within the supply chain. The role will also be responsible for the calculation of service credits while seeking to mitigate them through the application of agreed relief events. The role will agree the final figures with the customer.

Skills required -

  • MS Office, esp Excel
  • Customer Facing - good verbal/written communicator
  • Eye for detail
  • Appreciation of Telecoms Networks - esp optical fibre
  • ITIL Foundation may help too
