Training & Adoption Manager - London - 6 Month Contract

Our Financial Services client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Training & Adoption Manager to join their London based team on a 6 month contract.

The successful candidate will must have previous financial services experience as well as the following skills/knowledge:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a good knowledge of creating engaging materials within PowerPoint and other potential training applications
  • Happy to work within a team but able to prioritise workload to ensure the best solution is provided to the project
  • An understanding of the complexities involved in rolling out and adopting a new strategic toolset to a demanding global user base.
  • Some previous experience of being involved in global change management teams and activities would be beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to work and manage senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of CRM tools highly desirable (e.g. Salesforce)
