Our Banking client is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Business Analyst - Customer Journey to join their Edinburgh based team for 6 months initial contract.

An experienced Solution Designer is needed to own the designs and proposition of a Proof of Concept for a new digital lending product.

-Facilitate activity with 3rd parties both designing and delivering the proposition.

-Identify key critical path activities and work with stakeholders to agree delivery of the solution

-Experience of design and delivery in customer solutions

-Experience of working with 3rd party suppliers

-Experience working with a wide range of technical stakeholders across different business areas

-Must be able to take technical requirements and translate them into Business functionality, ensuring the Business owners are engaged and understanding of the end design

-Experience in customer led design and customer testing workshops.
