Are you a talented Senior UX Designer who enjoys working in a fast, iterative and agile environment?
As a Senior UX Designer you will be working closely with the senior UI lead to help deliver and drive the experience design of core journeys across website and products both for individual and corporate customers. You will be collaborating with product owners, researchers, business analysts and developers, so experience in agile environment is crucial.
Ideally this role will involve mentoring more junior designers as well as support the Heads of UX and Design to champion the role of UX within the product team and evangelise the value to the business. Alongside leading UX on workstreams focused on increasing engagements, which will include IOS and Android apps and sites. Your designs for products will be used by millions of users, with a drive on collaboration.
A proven track record of leading UX in digital products and being innovative, problem solver with a particular eye for detail and accuracy is essential. You will be researching with a team to develop and understand the customers' needs and synthesise findings which will be incorporated with quantitative and qualitative feedback.
You will have skills to balance customer needs with business goals with the brands vision in mind, as well as this you will be skilled in facilitating collaborative UX sessions such as sketching sessions and design studio's that will ultimately reach a shared point of view on product features.
You will be proficient to expert in software such as Sketch, Invision, Marvel or Balsamiq. As well as this you may have a relevant degree
