IT Support Analyst
Our client has an URGENT requirement to hire a 2nd line IT Support Analyst. The role will be based in Belfast and requires you to support and maintain desktop IT services and also to provide desktop support to employees across multiple sites in the UK.
As the IT Support Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing 2nd line desktop IT support to employees.
- Providing support and maintenance of desktop services infrastructure which includes; desktops, laptops, printers, fixed line telephones and mobile hand held devices (e.g. PDA's, iPad's & smart phones)
- Providing assistance by location for services such as Video Conferencing
- Responding to and manage escalated customer queries in a timely and effective manner
Degree or similar in computing or proven previous experience in similar role is required.
Microsoft certification is desirable but not essential.
