Role: Technical Administrator / Customer Administrator
We are seeking an Administrator to join a financial services organisation to join an expanding team to provide efficient and effective administration of daily tasks in the claims department, the role will open up an opportunity to develop into role involving more responsibilities and the potential to develop new skills as training and guidance will provided in the role.
- Handle incoming calls and postal customer request, for a wide and diverse range of policies
- Check understanding of customer requests and take personal responsibility that all tasks are met first time, accurately, first time.
- Deliver accurate outputs to customers, respond to customer requests compliantly, accurately, professionally and efficiently
- Accurately update administration systems internally
- Maintain processing requirements
- Excellent listening skills
- Customer empathy
- Excellent call handling interpersonal and communication skills
- Complaint avoidance
- Clerical accuracy
- Good literacy skills
- Ability to remain composed and focus on the customer when under pressure
