Service Manager

Our Banking client is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Service Manager to join their Edinburgh based team for 6 months initial contract.

The Service Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of excellent service to our customers through the delivery of one or more service management

disciplines, such as Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Capacity, Availability or Configuration Management. The Service Manager will also contribute to,

drive or support some of the wider technology/people-focused programmes and projects across Technology. The complexity and criticality of the services

increases as a Service Manager becomes more senior and skilled.

The successfully candidate will have previous banking experience as well as the following skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of one or more Service Management disciplines
  • Technical (includes platform, technology, products and domains)
  • Relevant industry standard toolsets and processes to drive up customer service within an IT environment
  • Operational Principles
