Service Desk Analyst / Customer Service Advisor / Helpdesk Analyst
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join their Helpdesk Team. Full training will be given.
The Service Desk Analyst will provide 1st line telephone support to for specific Business Applications and Service Requests. They will be responsible for managing, achieving and exceeding designated contract Service Level Agreements by following service desk best practice guidelines and working procedures. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and applying service desk improvements as directed.
There is no requirement for candidate to be technical / IT agents. The desk requires attention to detail, customer service, ability to follow process and stick within security guidelines, password resets, analysing and correcting data, registering and maintaining users, dealing with third party resolvers and supporting SFA's business applications.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous customer service experience, telephone is preferred but not essential.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office
- Effective decision making Analytical ability
