1st Line support - Northampton - 3 month contract

Line Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst with great customer service required to join a well-known national organisation

Providing 1st line support and resolution to customer issues within agreed service levels utilising service management tools and resources.

  • Act as an effective escalation point
  • Imparting effective troubleshooting advice and knowledge.
  • Validate and record incidents ensuring that incident records are correctly updated, with accurate details and activities

Start Date: Immediate Duration: 3 Month rolling contract Rate: £11.17 per hour
