As a PMO Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the 'Delivery Modes' Workstream, you will be focussing on improving the Project and Delivery layer of the P3M model that will be implemented. The 'Delivery Modes' Workstream will introduce alternative ways of Project and Delivery Management, complementing the traditional approach to Project Management that exists today.

  • Business Analysis: You might have some experience of writing requirements for tools development, mapped processes or documented current state within a business context;
  • Change Management: You might have some experience of implementing business change within organisations where you may have used methodologies like ADKAR to embed change to deliver benefit realisation.
