Senior Service Management Analyst / ITIL / Service Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Management Analyst for a leading IT services organisation based in Newcastle. The Senior Service Transition Analyst will support the organisation's Service Transition Manager in creating an environment that facilitates high performance and collaborative working within Service Transition Management and across Service Operations functions.

The role is supportive for the Service Transition Management processes, ensuring governance and adherence to process within the company's business units.

The candidate will hold previous experience in a Service Management based role. They will have the ability to follow and ensure collective adherence to process with excellent attention to detail. They will have the ability to apply methodical and logical approach to service management. They will hold the ability to make decisions and drive transition and the ability to inspire cooperation and coordinate activities across teams. They will hold familiarity with current technologies and process with an understanding of standard ITIL processes include Service Transition, Incident, Request, Knowledge and Problem Management.

The Senior Service Management Analyst will ideally hold ITIL Foundation Accreditation.
