Role: HR Administrator / L&D Administrator

6 Month FTC

Salary: Competitive

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Financial Services organisation that requires a Learning & Development Administrator to join their expanding team on a fixed term basis of 6 months. You will have access to excellent in house training in order to develop your career with a growing organisation along with a fantastic salary & benefits package in addition. As a Learning & Development Administrator you will be providing compliance support to the business within organisational effectiveness and assisting in business queries and customer requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Central point of contact for HR administrative and organisational effectiveness MI information
  • Take ownership of the post training feedback processes and report back to the management team any findings
  • Manage and maintain the supplier network in line with business best practice
  • Support the delivery of evaluation processes which effectively measure the ROI and provide MI for business stakeholders

Essential Skills

  • Administrative experience
  • Experience with the full MS suite
  • Self-motivated
  • Good written and verbal communication and inter-personal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Active team player
