Service Desk Analyst
We are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join one of our clients until July initially. They are looking for someone who has had experience in 1st Line Support / Service Desk roles and who is available to start immediately.
- Working in a busy Service Desk environment
- Logging calls in ServiceNow and escalating to 2nd tier if not resolved
- Password resets
- Issuing loan laptops
- Processing starters/ leavers with regards to IT accounts
- Some low level IT support where needed
