Service Desk Analyst - London
We are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join one of our clients in London until July initially.
- Working in a busy Service Desk environment
- Logging calls in ServiceNow and escalating to 2nd tier if not resolved
- Password resets
- Issuing loan laptops
- Processing starters/ leavers with regards to IT accounts
- Some low level IT support where needed
