Service Desk Analyst - London

We are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join one of our clients in London until July initially.

Duties:

  • Working in a busy Service Desk environment
  • Logging calls in ServiceNow and escalating to 2nd tier if not resolved
  • Password resets
  • Issuing loan laptops
  • Processing starters/ leavers with regards to IT accounts ​
  • Some low level IT support where needed
