CRM Support Analyst
Lorien's Financial Services client is currently looking for a highly skilled Support Analyst to join the Manchester based office on an initial 6 month contract.
The successful candidate will have previous banking experience along with the following:
- Clear understanding of the benefits of a CRM system within a Banking environment
- Use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Access.
- Excellent communication at all levels;
- Relationship building;
- Prioritisation and flexibility in managing multiple demands;
- Flexibility on working hours when required to manage change outside 9-5 main system usage
- Presentation and stakeholder management;
- Problem solving
