Helpdesk Analyst/ Telecoms Customer Advisor/ Telecoms Service Desk

My client is one of the leading technology companies in the UK offering IT managed services and telecommunications to businesses nationwide. They are a forward thinking, innovative and exciting company that where recently the 2nd fastest growing in the UK. With over 60,000 direct customers they are company heading in the right direction and are looking for a helpdesk analyst with telecoms experience to help provide support and expertise to client and suppliers on their telecommunications range.

If you have knowledge of telecoms products, have worked in a service desk or call centre environment before and have excellent communication skills over the phone to be able to efficiently provide expert support remotely to a wide range of clientele then this role could be for you.

  • Telecoms knowledge
  • High level of communication skills
  • Incident management/ Ticket management experience
  • Have proven experience in being the first point of call
