Service Desk - 4-6 weeks - Bracknell
We are currently looking for a Service Desk contractor to join one of our clients in Bracknell for 4 - 6 weeks. The purpose of this role is to support a new security policy roll out.
- Customer Service skills
- Working in a busy Service Desk environment
- ServiceNow experience, ideally in Security and GDPR
- Strong communication skills
- Logging calls in ServiceNow and escalating to 2nd tier if not resolved
- Password resets
- Issuing loan laptops
- Processing starters/ leavers with regards to IT accounts
- Some low level IT support where needed
