Helpdesk Support Contract - Based in Kegworth, Derby

In this role you will gain vital experience with providing Helpdesk IT Support to internal users on various Hardware or Software issues, via the phone or email. You will work with other IT teams, escalating various issues as well as providing first time solutions.
Please apply if you have a combination of the following
- Are IT Literate
- High experience and knowledge with Windows XP or Windows 7
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of office 365 and Active Directory would be advantageous but not essential.
Based in Kegworth Fulltime
