Service Desk Analyst

My client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to form part of their wider IT Support function, on an initial 3 months contract based in Rickmansworth.

Key Skills

  • Stick to SLAs to ensure calls are answered
  • Multitask - keep on top of ticketing queue's
  • Using the company call logging system to track queries / ticketing / escalations.
  • Troubleshoot bespoke applications
  • Some queries on connectivity, basic networking and the odd query around MS Office applications/Windows 7
  • Taking 30-40 calls a day
