Service Desk Analyst
My client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to form part of their wider IT Support function, on an initial 3 months contract based in Rickmansworth.
- Stick to SLAs to ensure calls are answered
- Multitask - keep on top of ticketing queue's
- Using the company call logging system to track queries / ticketing / escalations.
- Troubleshoot bespoke applications
- Some queries on connectivity, basic networking and the odd query around MS Office applications/Windows 7
- Taking 30-40 calls a day
