Service Desk Team Leader/ Service Desk Manager
Are you a senior within a service desk environment looking to join a fast growing technology business as a team leader?
My client is currently recruiting for a new team lead to join the business based in their office in Birstall, Leeds. The UK's largest independent provider of business to business IT services is looking for a driven management professional to help lead a team of 10-12 analysts in aa expanding business operating at the forefront of the technology industry.
In this role, you will be offered the chance to utilise a range of management skill across the board through motivating and leading your team to deliver against agreed objectives, KPI's and SLA's. You will manage direct reports, team 1:1s and appraisals to create a successful and productive team.
If you have skills in the following areas:
- Excellent people skills
- People management and motivational attributes
- Communication knowledge
- Competent in technology/ Technical background
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
