Distribution Support Executive

Urgent requirement for a Distribution Support Executive who will be responsible for the day to day administration of our client's third party agreements with key partners. You will be accountable for design, delivery and implementation of the automated solution of management of the third-party agreement

Principal accountabilities as the Distribution Support Executive;

  • Manage all additions and removals to the third-party provider (Global Distribution Systems) agreement by maintaining a data store and collaborating with account managers, third party partner's, third-party providers and audit to ensure that our billing is aligned.
  • Complete monthly confirmation processes with the third-party providers, audit and commercial performance to ensure billing is aligned
  • Stakeholder manage monthly changes with revenue management, sales and distribution
  • Contribute to transforming the current data store process by contributing to the phase one and phase two delivery of an automated solution
  • Conduct investigations into agent's queries/complaints about ADMs in conjunction with audit to reconcile and rectify legacy errors in the private channel
  • Formulate and issue DocuSigns for contract issuance and extensions

Experience and Skills Required;

  • Knowledge of indirect and online distribution models and technologies that are shaping this area
  • Understanding of airline selling processes including rev man and distribution
  • Comfortable working with strategies, policies and frameworks
  • Working knowledge of commercial skills and disciplines
  • Sound stakeholder management and communication skills for dealing with third-party provider, third party partners and multiple internal departments

Desirable skills/experience;

  • An understanding of salesforce and fare distribution across third-party
  • Previous involvement in the automation of a manual task/process
  • An understanding of billing reconciliation & discrepancy reduction
