IT Support/ Service Desk Analyst
My client has opened up an exciting opportunity in their office based in Prudhoe for an experienced technical individual to join their IT support team responsible for the prompt investigation, troubleshoot and fix of any IT related issues in the business. As the UK's leading provider of B2B products and the services the company has a 4000+ strong workforce who operate using the latest innovative technology.
This opportunity gives you exposure in a wide variety of technologies and gives you the responsibility to provide support to a vast amount of people, operating in a specific team of 13 you will be joining some of the UKs best technical minds.
To be a success in this role you will have:
- Experience in a technical IT support/ Service desk environment
- Full knowledge in the use of Active Directory, MS office software and Windows platforms
- Windows Server and Exchange knowledge
- PC hardware fixing and troubleshooting experience
